We work to diminish the gap between the federal and provincial law of Canada and its application through education, advocacy, and participation in legal interventions.

Addressing hate

Our Mission

To increase equality and justice for all Canadians by working to diminish the gap between the federal and provincial law of Canada and its application through education, advocacy, and participation in legal interventions.

Our Work

The Morgane Oger Foundation organizes campaigns to implement or improve the laws of Canada when they are not being equitably applied for all Canadians.

Advocacy

We identify the change that we seek and advocate to community leaders, policy makers, and law makers for its implementation.

Education

We educate communities, lawmakers, and policymakers about the need for laws or about the existance of laws that are not being fully respected.

Legal Interventions

We identify legal cases that have the potential to set a legal precedent which will compel organizations, policy makers, or Government to implement the correction we seek. Although we do not litigate ourselves, we support complainants or defendants.
